The likeable rogue
| The title of the photograph comes from the fact that this tree-frog used to sing all night right under the window of my bedroom. The tree frogs, still yestersday very widespread, have practically disappeared from many areas. This is due to the massive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides that caused the disappearance of all those little insects that ate the tree frogs. So today it's really hard to hear their song echoing in the summer nights. |
